For best results, send a high-resolution photo with good lighting and clear detail of your pet's face. Blurry or dark images may affect the final result

Portraits are typically completed within 1 week, though it may take up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on current workload. If you have a deadline, mention it in the order form and I'll do my best to accommodate

Minor adjustments are possible in the early stages. Significant changes may extend the delivery time, as the painting needs to dry properly before the final varnish. I'll keep you updated for your approval throughout the process.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of each portrait. That said, I'll work closely with you to make sure you're happy with the design before we finalize.

To preserve your painting, keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity. Dust gently with a soft cloth and if framing, choose a high quality frame

You can cancel within 48 hours of purchase as long as work has not started, and you'll receive a full refund. Once the painting has begun, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, contact me at piraquive_art@icloud.com as soon as possible.
