Once I confirm the details, I’ll begin creating your custom portrait and keep you updated throughout the process. While the online payment platform is being set up, I accept Interac payments within Canada or PayPal for orders outside Canada.

For best results, provide a high-resolution image with good lighting and clear details of your pet’s face and features. Avoid blurry or dark photos, as they may impact the accuracy of the painting.

Typically, I can complete a custom portrait within 1 week. However, depending on my current workflow, it may take up to 2–4 weeks to ensure the best quality. If you need the artwork by a specific date, please mention it in the order form, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Minor adjustments may be possible during the early stages of painting. However, significant changes might extend the delivery date, as the painting needs sufficient time to dry properly before applying the final varnish. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process for your approval.

Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, all sales are final. However, I will work closely with you to ensure you’re happy with the design before finalizing.

Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 48 hours after purchase if I have not started the painting. In such cases, I will issue a full refund. However, once work on your custom portrait has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the personalized nature of the artwork.
