1. Products and Services

   • All artworks and commissions are handmade, and slight variations may occur. This is part of their unique charm and not a defect.

   • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Final payment must be completed before delivery or pickup.

2. Payment Terms

   • Payments can be made via interac, Paypal and the secure payment section.

   • All prices are listed in [Canadian Dollar] CAD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery and Pickup

   • Local pickup is available in Toronto at no extra cost. Pickup must be arranged within [2] days of notification that the order is ready.

   • Delivery within Toronto and Canada is available for an additional fee. International shipping options are available upon request.

   • The customer is responsible for any additional fees such as customs duties or taxes for international deliveries.

4. Returns and Refunds

   • Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the item is damaged during transit.

   • If an issue arises, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order.
